Every year on March 20 is World Story Day!
All over the world stories, fairy tales, myths, biographies, funny and also serious are told.
In Berlin, World Story Day is celebrated at Theater Grashüpfer. Graduates of the UdK course "Storytelling in Art and Education" and their friend:s invite you to listen, laugh and marvel.
Arna Vogel, Bernhard Träumer, Petra Venzke, Neele Illner, Katja Machleidt, Bettina Essaka, Anna Bone, Lavinia Knop will be guests. They will each tell a story / fairy tale for about 15 minutes. Motto of the evening TOGETHER WE CAN.
Children are expected at 18.00, the adult program starts at 20.00.

The Grashüpfer Puppet Theater is a small intimate venue in the middle of Treptower Park. A solid base of professional, free puppet theater companies from Berlin and all over Germany determine the repertoire of the puppet theater. Whether traditional hand puppetry, free animation, artistic marionette or shadow puppet theater, or play-along puppet theater, all artistic forms of the genre are cultivated and presented here.
