A theatrical journey of discovery into the world of color and music.
Colors have a magical attraction for children. We would like to invite them to experience colors with all their senses. The piece is about the synaesthesia between seeing and hearing. What do colors and music have to do with each other? Does yellow sound louder than blue? Which instrument sounds red? What energy do the different colors have?
Two clown-like figures, a player and a musician, address these questions. They begin a non-verbal dialogue with light, sounds and colored objects. Each color is given a special character, its own instrument, a special rhythm.The play is a theatrical journey of discovery for children who are experiencing the world of theater for the first time, and also for adults who enjoy a musical approach to colors.

The Flying Theater is a puppet theater in Kreuzberg and offers family and evening performances, a program for daycare centers and schools, theater educational workshops, and guest performances by theater/dance/music groups. In its own productions, multimedia forms such as acting, figure and object theater, projections and live music are used. The theater has been awarded the IKARUS several times and enjoys great popularity.
