"Swing King" Andrej Hermlin and his Swing Dance Orchestra welcome the New Year in suspenders, tie and bow tie. Perfectly dressed up for the turn of the year, they present well-known evergreens, hot rhythms and peppery big band sounds in rousing 40s style.
Accompanied by the fantastic vocal soloists Rachel and David Hermlin, who provide the finishing touch to the perfect swing sound, Andrej Hermlin dedicates himself with a palpable passion to this flourishing era and its heroes Benny Goodman, Duke Ellington and Glenn Miller. The orchestra plays only original arrangements. Authentic and staged to perfection in a way that can only be created by living it.
