Czech Symphony Orchestra Prague
With their "Slavic Romanticism" program, the Czech Symphony Orchestra Prague, conducted by Martin Peschik, will present the most famous and beautiful compositions by Smetana and Dvořák, the most prominent representatives of Czech classical music and another compositional genius, Peter I. Tchaikovsky, whose setting of the tragic love story "Romeo and Juliet" is one of the most important pieces of Romanticism. Smetana's timeless classic "Die Moldau" will also be performed. The second part of the concert features Antonín Dvořák's 9th Symphony "From the New World", composed in New York. The Czech Symphony Orchestra will play with great intensity in keeping with the Romantic period, making this program a unique concert experience.Conductor: Martin Pešík
