The musical-satirical Christmas program with Günter Rüdiger
It's been 10 years since Chris Murray and Philipp Polzin had the crazy idea of organizing a small tour of Christmas concerts together. What was a risky venture back then has developed over the years into a permanent fixture in the pair's diary, with Pforzheim, Cologne and Berlin in particular proving to be the constant favorites among the tour locations - and so it is these three cities where "Musical Christmas" will be stopping off again this year.
In 10 years, there have been dozens of guests, concerts in the stream, concerts under corona conditions with fewer audiences, but also hundreds of beautiful Christmas, movie and musical songs - and of course cookies!
And so this year Chris Murray, Philipp Polzin and their guests will once again draw live from the full and resume their popular Christmas series. As always, there will be a Christmassy mix of musical songs, Christmas carols, film songs and readings to spread the Christmas spirit and brighten up the festive season - and when the cookies are passed around again, the motto will once again be "Eat them!"

Johannes Hallervorden took over as artistic director of the Thater am Frankfurter Tor in June 2023. The theater offers space for 99 spectators. The accompanying bar invites you to linger over a drink and chat about the event. The varied program of events includes cabaret, comedy, theater, readings and concerts.
