On 20.8.2017 2-hour Havel tour with the Havelqueen from the Greenwichpromenade/Tegeler-See. Everything's great! Card accepts 50%Tiger savings!

The card was not accepted on 02.08. for the Tour H2 World Heritage Tour. There was no get2 bonus tag in the cashier's folder on the ship. I'm sorry to hear that.

Two weeks ago there were no problems in the port of Treptow during the trip around the Müggelberge. All very pleasant!
When we wanted to do the tour H 11 around Potsdam last Thursday, they tried to refuse us with the Get2Card. It is said that star and circle navigation would no longer be a partner. However, I had a fresh printout of the partner directory with me. The card was then accepted as "teeth grinding" with a reference to alleged "goodwill". Not so nice! Something like this shouldn't happen.... So watch out and be persistent!

In Potsdam we got on to Tegel (H 4). We paid for it on board. The use of the get2card worked great.

In the Nikolaiviertel the card is actually not accepted. According to the shipping company's headquarters for all inner-city tours.
But the tour is definitely worth seeing.

Map without problems have accepted from Tegel the trip with Moby Dick made to the government district.
Would also make further rides with Stern and Kreis.

The card was considered without problems. The Tour H3 was great, the service very friendly. The ship was very clean - even the toilets. In any case I will do the other tours as well. Everything looks different from the water and that is fascinating.

I have already done several tours with Stern&Kreis from bridge trips over Müggelsee tours and I am always thrilled. This time we went by boat from Köpenick to Woltersdorf and back - it was an absolutely successful day! Nice staff, with Get2Card really a bargain and always something new to see. Who likes boat tours should test it. We're definitely going back.

The get2card is not valid for tour C6 (inner city area)! Only trips into the countryside from Treptow or Tegel are possible with the get2card... Too bad!

Everything went great.
Get2 was added to the file immediately.
On to the 8-hour Havel trip from Tegel to Werder and back.

In advance the offer of steam ride at half price is/was SUPER,
BUT I was full of anticipation after Easter at Treptower Park to make a ride where I was told that
the provider no longer participates in Get 2.
I'm assuming this information is correct. Then why is the provider still on your side as a partner today?
If the provider was still a partner, why was I denied the offer?
All in all - very annoying!!!

Drive to the Müggelsee on Saturday...Staff at Treptow harbour (ticket sales) was grumpy and wanted to tell us that the get2 card was no longer valid at the weekend(?), but finally accepted it. A super saving already - but customer service leaves much to be desired.

Mother's Day - what could be closer than experiencing a beautiful day with your mother first brunch then boat trip from Wannsee to Tegel.

During the steamboat trip to the tree blossom Werder I could save super! And it was a super nice day! I'm 28 and I was really beautiful!

The trip was nice, but the organisation in Tegel was not very good and the staff at the card kiosk was unfriendly! Next time I'll try another company!
