An appointment for a tyre change was halfway possible with three working days in advance, and it was insisted to deliver the bike only on the mounting day and in the evening to pick it up again, one was informed by SMS. Or not - even on the following day nothing came. On the third day I called - unfortunately not finished, ouch, wouldn't they have told me about the delay? Also on the fourth day no feedback, so I call again - yes, done, wouldn't they have told me?! ;) The text message came two minutes after the phone call...
And in the end the bill was about 30% higher than the exact same work in the same shop a few years ago.

Ein Termin zum Reifenwechsel war mit drei Werktagen im Voraus halbwegs schnell möglich, und es wurde darauf gepocht das Rad auch erst am Montage-Tag abzugeben und am Abend unbedingt wieder abzuholen, man werde per SMS informiert. Oder auch nicht - auch am Folgetag kam nichts. Am dritten rief ich an - leider nicht fertig, huch, hätte man mir nicht Bescheid gesagt wegen der Verzögerung? Auch am vierten Tag keine Rückmeldung, also rufe ich wieder an - ja klar, fertig, hätte man mir nicht Bescheid gesagt?! ;) Die SMS kam dann zwei Minuten nach dem Telefonat...
Und am Ende lag die Rechnung um rund 30% höher als bei der exakt selben Arbeit im selben Shop vor ein paar Jahren.

Great offer for the marathon tires. The staff in the Bergmannstraße was very fast and friendly. There were no problems with Get2.
