Konditorei & Café Röttgen: Delicious breakfast à la carte

No more breakfast buffet. Get2 Card was accepted for a la card breakfasts until November after asking the waitress(!). Breakfast was below average, not even worth half the price (2 for 1)
not worth it. Formerly delicious bread rolls replaced by baked "cardboard rolls". We won't go there again, too bad about our money!

Update: According to the owner, breakfast buffets are only available on certain (public) holidays, there were and are instructions to offer á la carte breakfasts instead of get2. I change my rating after the friendly conversation, will gladly continue to visit the café and wish it every success.

We were at Café Röttgen yesterday for the breakfast buffet. About the Get2Card one was apparently not so enthusiastic at first. We were then but still quite nice served. The price of the buffet is now more expensive (€ 12.90) but there is now a glass of champagne.

We have already had breakfast at Röttgen several times and cannot complain about the selection and quality of the food.
The prices for coffee & co. are also "typical" for a café. Here, too, the quality is right.
Conclusion: If you are looking for a cheap & tasty breakfast and a friendly service, you are in the right place.

A beautiful café invites you for a relaxed breakfast. The staff is very attentive and extremely friendly. The drinks have their price, but whoever complains about them is to blame. After all, you can see the price on the map and decide for yourself whether you want to stay or not. We were satisfied.

A nice atmosphere and a very attentive service are the basis for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet is rich and well filled at all times. A good selection of teas rounds off the successful start to the day.

Sadly disappointing. A very small selection. Buns too crispy. Drinks were also not included, so that all in all one could have had a better breakfast elsewhere for the money. However, the nice service and the ambience are positive.

Now we have already had breakfast here several times and the buffet is good, the service is friendly and attentive, only the pot of coffee is quite steep for breakfast. Would be better, if one could order as a coffee drinker also large jugs
