Alcatraz Berlin: Menü Fajitas de Pollo

Unfortunately there are only two dishes to choose from and neither of them had actually promised us. The service was terrible. The prices are really high, if at least the service would be acceptable, one could still make friends with it. But we already had to wait 20 minutes to get the menus at all. We should just yell towards the bar, was the waitress's answer when we asked her for the menus The starter went quite fast but the main course came another hour later!

Get2card could not be used because only two choices were given and first of all it had to be discussed with the waitress what is possible and what is not. There were no other special conditions in the app. A complete failure for us. Food was not freshly prepared and did not taste good. Therefore not to be recommended and only one star.

Food and service very good but prices are adjusted, 17€ the food is not worth, with get two normal price! And that only on selected dishes, with an already narrow menu. I'll draw two stars for this!

The food was very tasty and the card was accepted without any problems. The service alone was a bit reserved, but at over 30 degrees I have full understanding for that. So: full star number. We'll be happy to come back.

I was really disappointed today, after I had been eating here again for 2 years. we felt as if we would disturb as guests and the fajita pan I have eaten better with every Mexican so far. hardly any vegetables and everything very loveless!

Very very friendly service. Food's delicious. Too bad the garden is in the shade in the afternoon. Good for hot summer days. The Tempranillo is very tasty. We felt in good hands.

The food ( fajitas ) is good. Without Get2Card but quite expensive. Doe's food selection also leaves something to be desired. Only main dishes ( 2 pages ) on the already small menu are Get2 capable. The interior decoration and also the hardly existing decoration are very outdated. A little paint would be in order here. The female waitress is quite taciturn.

Offer valid only for main courses that are a little high priced. Fajitas were very tasty, though. Everything else ok, too.

For the Get 2 price ok and delicious. But at normal price, I'd be disappointed. Fajitas a lot of tender beef, a few onions, but no spice, just three raw pepper strips.

The food was very tasty. The Get2Card was accepted without any problems. The service was quick and very friendly. Half of each of the two main courses was paid for. The interior could be a little more comfortable. We'll be happy to come back.

Very friendly service. get2Karte was accepted without any problems. ATTENTION only on main courses (2 pages in the menu), not on "Snacks", cocktails probably too - but we did not use them. However highly recommendable. The food was plentiful and tasty. A point deduction for the outside area, this could be a little more pretty. We'll be happy to come back.

We spontaneously went to Alcatraz last Saturday. There were four of us with two get2 cards. No problem at all. We were even friendly pointed out that the card is also valid for cocktails when we only wanted to order one. Food was very tasty and the service very friendly. We'll be happy to come back.

Here the "Get2 Card" applies to two main courses. You pay half price for both. The kids had starters. They were accounted for as such. I think that's very fair.
The food was good and plentiful. The staff very friendly and patient with us. We first didn't understand the Get2 condions.
I'm sure they'll be back.

We were in Alcatraz for the first time and found the ambience very appealing, the service was friendly, the food was brought quickly and was very tasty. I'm sure we'll go again.

Every Berliner should definitely stop by the Alcatraz. Because not only tasty cocktails attract here, but also excellent food. The products are fresh, very tasty and of high quality. At first sight it seems to be a bit expensive, but thanks to the get2card you can eat relatively cheap here. We'll be back!

We've liked Alcatraz for years. The dishes taste very good and everything is served attractively. The service is very friendly and there are no long waiting times.

Super friendly service. We were also very nice advised, because we did not really know what to eat in the Mexican and how to eat some things.
We got cocktails 2for1 and even main courses also 2for1. Very pleased. Again with pleasure!

We were here on Valentine's Day 2015. We liked the food, the service and the atmosphere very much.
The restaurant was very well visited, but we didn't have to wait long. The invoice was issued as quoted. The drinks, for example beer, are a bit more expensive, but somehow the operators have to live as well,

the fajitas and the cocktails are great. The service is very courteous.

unfortunately this time it was a disappointment, only the expensive food was accepted about 14 € and the food, especially the vegetables, was totally overcooked and tasteless, at first never again

Food/drinks good, but very expensive without get2card, too expensive for the location and the ambience. ATTENTION: Wine is served in 0,1l glasses, but is billed as 0,2l, complaint works, but not without grumbling.

The staff is always friendly, circumspect and courteous; a visit, even with children, has always been absolutely satisfying. The food tastes delicious and the waiting times are acceptable, even if the restaurant is well filled.
All in all we can only recommend a visit !

We've been visiting Alkatraz for years. In our opinion they offer the BEST Frozen Strawberry Margarita in Berlin :) The price-performance ratio has unfortunately deteriorated considerably over the years. Without get2card the prices are now too high for us.

We were the first and the last time at Alcatraz! Food and cocktails not exactly cheap, but acceptable with the Get2 card. I was very annoyed with the waitress. Four of us ordered four cocktails. Ordered a Hemmingway (4cl Shooter) for my 5th drink. 5 cocktails were delivered. I immediately complained because I ordered a cocktail and a shooter and not 2 cocktails. The waitress said I had to announce that I wanted to order the Hemmingway as a shooter and not as a cocktail, so I had to take it now. But in the map there is no Hemmingway cocktail but only the ordered shooter. After a little customer-oriented discussion, the cocktail went back after I refused to drink or pay for it and the shooter was delivered. The mood of the evening run for me. The waitress has tried to get everything back into line, but the customer is not king here! In my opinion, such an instructive discussion with the customer is neither inviting nor customer-friendly. Too bad, because we were very much looking forward to the evening. There are also other good Mexicans that we will prefer to Alcatraz in the future.

Been back at Alcatraz for years. Uuuhh, the prices have risen quite a bit. Without Get2Card it would be too expensive for me now. This was easily accepted by the friendly service. The fajitas were also tasty and sufficient, but too expensive.

First time at Alcatraz. The service was nice; because of the early evening we didn't have to wait long for the food. The prices of the cocktails as well as of the dishes are rather of the upscale kind. The burritos were delicious, the portion calculated just right. For the price they were unfortunately not clearly better than with other Berlin Mexicans. So are the cocktails. Hence "only" three stars.

We were there on a Sunday at noon, it was still empty. The service was very nice and friendly, the fajitas were really tasty - but very expensive without Get2. We also ordered two non-alcoholic cocktails, one of which tasted essentially like O-juice, the other refined and tasty. The ambience in the restaurant itself is based on an Aztec style, you have to like that. The toilets with access area could have been more pleasant in a restaurant of this price level, I think one could renovate there. Or maybe it's intentional...? Perhaps the sanitary areas in Mexico are not usually particularly styled? I would have awarded a total of 3.5 stars, but that's not possible - more like 4 than 3.

With the get2card everything went fine, but otherwise very disappointing. Who knows the Alcatraz for a long time is disappointed!!! Our service was unfriendly, the menu not as rich as before, the portions small and not really well served, and the taste for a Mexican rather boring. We had been so looking forward to the visit but probably will not go again.

Food super, cocktails super, service friendly. It might be a little more comfortable. Plastic tablecloth and not quite as clean. However, the toilets are also under reconstruction. Maybe lags at the building dust ;o) I'd definitely go back there again.

Went to Alcatraz again yesterday. The fajitas are really very good and abundant. Nice handling and Get2card no problem at all.

Great ambience, high prices but with Get2Card yes cheap...
The pans are highly recommended, the service friendly. Surely none of these Get2Restaurants that otherwise no guests get but simply a top restaurant at the Get2Customers get something special ! There should be more like that at Get2.

There were six of us at Alcatraz with three get2cards. Fortunately, that was no problem at all. The food was good and when the waitress noticed that it was my birthday, there was a free cocktail with a sparkler. We'd love to go back.

I celebrated my birthday there on 25.05.2008. I can only recommend the restaurant. Super friendly staff and the food was rich and very delicate.

I love the Alcatraz, especially with get2 BUT smoking at the bar is corrosive. Had a table reserved and it was right at the smoking counter. I don't think so!

Very tasty and the tacos are highly recommended. I barely made it because it fills me up. In combination with the cocktails the offer is simply awesome. Book in advance!
