Info: Casablanca

The first screening under the name "Central-Kino" took place on the ground floor of the residential building in 1914. After its closure in 1958, it served as a costume collection for GDR television. The Casablanca was brought to life after extensive renovation work. The name is groundbreaking for the decoration: the foyer is inspired by the "Cafe´ American" and the walls are illustrated with Moroccan street impressions.

A very beautiful cinema in itself. If it was only about the wall painting and the flaire, it would get 5 stars in any case. Unfortunately, the seats have gotten on well over the years and look and feel like they do, the picture and sound quality is far in need of improvement - have already had a very bad sound or fuzzy scenes several times and for the fact that it is a small village cinema with really not up-to-date trendy movies not compared to other cinemas outside the big chains such as UCI and Cinemax, the entrance fees are definitely too high.
Popcorn always sticky.
All in all, it's been wearing off. I remember cinema from my childhood.
We still go there once in a while.

An sich ein sehr sehr schönes Kino. Würde es allein um die Wandbemalung und das Flaire gehen, bekäme es auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne. Nur leider sind die Sitze schon gut in die Jahre bekommen und sehen und fühlen sich auch so an, die Bild- und Tonqualität ist bei weitem verbesserungswürdig - hatten schon mehrfach einen sehr schlechten Ton oder unscharfe Szenen und dafür, dass es ein kleines Dorfkino mit wirklich nicht aktuell trendigen Filmen ist auch nicht im Vergleich zu anderen Kinos außerhalb der großen Ketten wie UCI und Cinemax, sind die Eintrittspreise doch auf jeden Fall zu hoch.
Popcorn immer pappig.
Alles in allem hat es sehr nachgelassen. Ich kenne das Kino noch aus Kindheitstagen.
Wir gehen trotzdem ab und an hin.
