Hotel Palace Berlin: STAY GOLD! at the House of Gin

Unbelievable.
Only two of 3 saunas in operation.
In the relaxation room only 2!!!!! loungers, which were of course occupied.
10 loungers in the pool area, all occupied.
The staff were very friendly.

Always good! Regularly expand the buffet.

Everything worked without any problems. Very nice, quiet spa. We were especially fond of the Finnish sauna and ice grotto. The staff was also very friendly.

After the great breakfast is relax in the spa announced. Before that we did something for the figure in the small but nice gym. Now in the afternoon it is almost private here.

We are very satisfied. Courteous service, huge range and nice window seat! Top performance, top price!

Currently, only hotel guests are supposedly allowed for breakfast again because of 2G. It would be nice if the offer only shows up here once it is usable again.
My rating refers to a visit the year before last. Selection and quality were very good here. However, it is not enough for five stars. At half the price, it fits.

Not full, 1 pool, 3 saunas and an ice grotto. With the get2 offer, it's worth it... otherwise 34€ per person would definitely be too much.

Four people with two Get2Cards. Accepted without problems. Not even a hint of feeling unwanted. Staff more than courteous and also quite relaxed, so that it was a very relaxed Sunday morning all around. There is nothing negative to say about the offer and its quality. Everything's wonderful and we'd love to come back. D A N K E

Absolutely professional and friendly staff. Very good sausage and cheese selection and you can prepare fresh omelettes, pancakes etc.. Price-performance more than super! I'll definitely be back.

The service was great. The entire staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfast was freshly prepared and more than sufficient.

The offer is absolutely top!!! Food is very good quality. We had a great table by the window. All drinks are included as well as fresh egg dishes... Absolute recommendation!!!

We visited the Palace three times to relax in the wellness area. I have to write that the last two times we even took the journey from the surrounding countryside on us. Probably this will no longer be possible now that you have taken out the 3 hour card... for a day ticket we simply don't have the time :-(. It was really always very nice, everything very well maintained and tip top clean. you don't need to bring anything with you, because you get bathrobes, sauna towels and slippers. In the changing area there were always enough beauty products such as shower gel, hoods and body lotion available. Actually we wanted to combine the breakfast buffet with a few hours of relaxing, but that is too much for us now...unfortunately. Maybe reconsider? ;-)

The buffet is very tasty, varied and fresh. We were also impressed by the great service.

Very nice, small and separate saunas (from the gym, swimming pool). The first time you should really let the bellhop lead you there, as the spa area is quite hidden.
Due to the complete equipment one feels very spoiled and can enjoy a real wellness feeling.


Absolutely recommendable.

Immediately brought by a very nice bellboy to the hard to find sauna landscape, which is lovingly tidied up. Basically you don't need to bring anything with you, as towels, bathrobes and mountain pines are provided, as well as lotion, shower gel etc.. There is even a small, fine outdoor terrace! The staff is very courteous and friendly! All in all for the price unbeatable and absolutely recommendable!!!!!!

Nice staff. Water in the whirlpool a little too cold. In the afternoon or in the evening quite full.
