The family experience for children & adults at Christmas time - in Berlin's Urania!

To all families who want their children's eyes to shine during the pre-Christmas season! The family musical for big and small, old and young, takes you for a few hours into the magical world of Oz.

Almost 50 children and teenagers dance and sing the play "The Wizard of Oz" and show you how to make your dreams come true. You don't know how? Very simple: Together! Because without friendship, courage and understanding for each other it doesn't work!

dreamlike journey into happiness: The way to the Emerald City is full of exciting adventures. The Scarecrow, the Tin Man, the Lion and their friends meet wondrous creatures until they reach the legendary realm of the Wizard of Oz. Love and evil fairies, inhabitants of different countries and flying monkeys accompany them together with the goblins Mana and Duku on their fantastic journey. Despite big obstacles the friends stick together and so everyone finds in his own way what he needs to become happy.

It's really great what the children and teenagers are doing here. To be able to remember so much text and dance steps and then bring them over professionally without looking wooden is really great! Also the costumes are remarkable. Only live singing is not possible. The vocals are full playback. That irritated me at first. But somehow it's also understandable and comprehensible.....

Schon wirklich klasse, was die Kinder und Jugendliche hier leisten. Sich so viel Text und Tanzschritte merken zu können und die dann noch professionell rüber zu bringen, ohne dabei hölzern zu wirken, ist wirklich super!! Auch die Kostüme sind bemerkenswert. Nur live gesungen wird nicht. Der Gesang ist Vollplayback. Das hat mich zunächst irritiert. Aber irgendwie ist es auch verständlich und nachvollziehbar......

We were in this musical as a family today and I'm really excited. There are still children and young people, but they have achieved a lot. They played, danced and sang super - all very professionally. The costumes were especially beautiful. The stage design and the lighting effects were also really good. Everything perfect - good luck for the Kinder Musical Theater in Berlin e.V.!

Wir waren heute als Familie in diesem Musical und ich bin richtig begeistert. Es sind ja noch Kinder und Jugendliche, die jedoch eine Menge geleistet haben. Sie haben super gespielt, getanzt und gesungen - alles sehr professionell. Schön waren vor allem die Kostüme. Das Bühnenbild und die Lichteffekte waren ebenfalls richtig gut. Alles perfekt - viel Erfolg weiterhin für den Kinder Musical Theater in Berlin e.V.!
