Festive concert for organ and trumpet!
After their acclaimed concerts, Daniel Schmahl (trumpet and corno da caccia) and Karolina Juodelyt?, multiple international prizewinner and the shooting star of the international organ scene, will be giving two festive performances in Berlin and Potsdam. Contemplative sounds will whisk the audience away from the pre-Christmas hustle and bustle in the imposing churches. For a while, listeners can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life, devote themselves to the essentials and let the peaceful, joyful Advent atmosphere fill their hearts.
Juodelyt? and Schmahl approach the works with a full sound and plenty of verve, including classics such as the famous Concerto for Trumpet and Organ by Johann Friedrich Fasch, works by J. S. Bach, P. I. Tchaikovsky and other composers. The popular Concerto No. 4 in E flat major by W.A. Mozart for corno da caccia and organ will also be performed. A concert program in the style of the legendary trumpeters Maurice André and Ludwig Güttler - traditional and very festive!
